At our branch in Lelystad you interpret damage by means of inspections, after which repair proposals are written based on official documentation. You will convert, set up, develop and improve work instructions and repair proposals for composite parts and hybrid structures. You maintain contact with OEM-parties such as Boeing and Airbus for repair proposals. You also prepare the FAA-DER & Part-21 Repair Design Requests. You are partly responsible for the organization of the work and together you try to bring the engineering team to an ever higher level. In everything you have a keen eye for quality, quality improvement and process optimization. Quickly switching between the various business processes and solving ad hoc issues are the rule rather than the exception. |

Job Requirements
You know how to articulate your project ideas well and convey them to your colleagues. You are a strong communicator and know how to keep an overview.
- MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level.
- Technical background in aviation engineering / aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with project-based work and related planning.
- Knowledge of repair processes.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

- A gross monthly salary from € 2,927 to € 4,000.
- 31 days off if you work full time.
