    Introduction

    Job description

    A good composite specialist like you can work anywhere. The question is: do you want to work everywhere? Or do you prefer a job at a growing, certified aerospace-technical company? A company that carries out repairs to helicopter blades worldwide for the Ministry of Defense but also for the commercial market?

    You don’t do this work with one hand on your back, but concentrated like a professional. Every repair is different and every manufacturer has its own specific repair method. Knowing what you are doing, and first going through your work order before getting started, is the basis for you. Just like the administrative work that comes with every repair.

    If you get stuck somewhere or if you see a more efficient solution, that’s no problem because you are someone who likes to walk by your engineering colleague to discuss and spar until you arrive at the best repair result.

    Because your work is not just a composite repair, the work you deliver is a work of art that you are very proud of!

    Job requirements

    • Minimum MBO 3/4 – work-and-think level;
    • Good command of English, both oral and written;
    • Experience with repair of composite components;
    • Experience in aviation is an advantage;
    • Driving License B;
    • You are a team player, disciplined and have a sense of responsibility.
